The client needed a faster way to react to market price movement without forcing analysts to manually compare every vendor update. We connected competitor feeds with internal price, margin, and product hierarchy data into one decision layer.
What to verify next
Check whether each suggested action uses current prices, respects margin limits, and explains its evidence. Ask buyers to record accepted, changed, and rejected suggestions. The prototype demonstrates a connected workflow; it does not yet establish savings or a return on investment.
