Ephyrium
A wellbeing app that helps people understand their rest needs and build a personal routine through assessments, daily check-ins, meditation, and reflection.
Ephyrium connects self-awareness with everyday wellbeing practices. Users can explore their needs across seven types of rest, review a personal rest profile, record their mood and energy, and choose restorative activities. The experience brings assessments, guided meditation, and prompted journaling into one place. Optional AI suggestions use assessment results and recorded context to offer more personal guidance.
The challenge
Feeling tired does not always make it clear what kind of rest would help. Mental overload, emotional strain, and sensory fatigue can feel different, yet people may struggle to recognize those patterns or decide where to begin.
The product needed to make that exploration approachable, with clear feedback and simple activities people could fit into their day.
What we built
We connected rest assessments, personal feedback, and daily practices in a shared application for web and mobile.
Quick and detailed assessments explore seven rest categories: physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative, and spiritual. A visual profile makes the results easier to understand and highlights the areas that may need more attention.
Daily check-ins capture mood, energy, and personal notes. Guided meditation offers a focused space to pause, while reflection prompts help users begin writing. Saved entries let people revisit their experiences over time.
On supported native devices, optional health-data access can provide additional context. Azure OpenAI powers an optional suggestions flow.
The experience
Ephyrium gives users a repeatable path from understanding their rest needs to choosing a practice and reflecting on their day. The interface combines clear visual feedback with short, approachable interactions that support an ongoing wellbeing routine.
