See how Let’s Learn connects personal vocabulary decks, photo-based learning, pronunciation audio and interactive practice across multiple languages.
Let’s Learn helps people build language practice around the words they encounter and the situations that matter to them. Learners can create personal vocabulary decks, turn text from photos into study material, listen to pronunciation, and practise through cards and exercises. The app supports learning across multiple languages, with Portuguese as one example of connecting everyday experiences with regular practice.
The challenge
Language learning becomes more useful when it connects to real life. A menu, a message, a document, or an unfamiliar phrase can reveal exactly what someone needs to learn next.
But collecting those words and turning them into useful study material takes effort. Learners move between translation tools, notes, audio resources, and flashcards. Useful discoveries are easily forgotten, and practice can become disconnected from the situations where the language is needed.
The goal was to bring collection and practice together: help learners capture relevant vocabulary, organise it, and return to it in different ways.
What we built
We built a language-learning app that connects personal study materials with audio, visual learning, and interactive exercises.
Vocabulary that belongs to the learner
Learners can create decks around their own interests, goals, and everyday situations. Words and phrases stay organised with their translations, making it easier to build a useful collection over time.
A deck might cover ordering food, preparing for an appointment, travelling, or communicating at work. The learning material follows the learner’s needs.
From photos to study material
Photo-based learning helps turn written language from the world around the learner into vocabulary they can study.
Instead of manually typing every unfamiliar word, learners can use text captured from an image as a starting point for building their materials. This connects discovery with practice while keeping the original situation relevant.
Listening and pronunciation
Audio support lets learners hear how words and phrases sound alongside their written forms.
Bringing pronunciation into the study flow helps connect spelling, meaning, and sound. Learners can revisit unfamiliar vocabulary without moving to a separate audio tool.
Different ways to practise
Flashcards, tests, and learning games give learners different ways to revisit their vocabulary.
The same personal collection can support recognition, recall, and repeated practice. Learners can move between activities while keeping their study material in one place.
Shared learning materials
Shareable decks let learners exchange useful collections instead of rebuilding the same materials individually.
A collection created for one situation can become a starting point for someone else, supporting learning with friends, classmates, or a wider community.
Our role
Perfectory shaped the product experience and developed the beta platform, connecting the core learning workflows with AI-assisted capabilities.
